Return & Exchange Policy
At Hukdd, we want you to love your customizable denim jacket and charms as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Key Details:
- Timeframe: Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Process: Start your return or exchange through your account dashboard, or email us at info@hukdd.com for assistance. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label, so you don't pay for returns.
- Refunds: Once received and inspected (usually 3-5 business days), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Exchanges ship free too.
- Exceptions: Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled; however, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee equals the payment processing charge incurred by Stripe or PayPal (2.15% + $0.30 for domestic transactions, or 4.4% + $0.30 for international transactions). If you return or refuse delivery of an order, a 2.5% restocking fee will also be applied. For orders shipped via a freight company, any return shipping charges billed by the freight carrier will be deducted from your refund as well.
